Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what control you have. We tried to keep it readable.

What we collect

  • Name and email — when you sign up directly or via Google OAuth.
  • Supplement stack data — supplements you save are stored in our database so we can score them and track expert stance changes for you.
  • Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand page views and device types. This data is not personally identifiable.
  • Cookies — standard cookies for session management and authentication (more on this below).

How we use it

  • Your account — to provide the service, manage your subscription, and keep you logged in.
  • Your stack data — to score your supplements against expert consensus and notify you when expert stances change.
  • Analytics — to understand which pages are useful and improve the product.
  • Email — to send product updates and our newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — handles payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Google Analytics — receives anonymized usage data (page views, device type, general location).
  • Gemini AI — supplement text is sent for analysis. No personal data is included in AI requests.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data. Not now, not ever.
  • We don't share your supplement stack with anyone.
  • We don't send spam.

Your rights

  • Delete your account — email hello@precis.health and we'll delete your account and all associated data.
  • Unsubscribe from emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • Request your data — email us and we'll send you a copy of everything we have on file for you.

Cookies

  • Session cookie — required for login and authentication. Without it, we can't keep you signed in.
  • Google Analytics cookies — used for anonymized usage tracking. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker.

Updates

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with the date updated below.
